Can anyone suggest the best type of berry to use to evolve my Feebas? Your help is much appreciated.

Pamtre berries work really good, they will make really strong Indigo Pokéblocks. You can get a Pamtre berry from the Berry Master's wife. You only can get 1 Pamtre Berry though, so make sure that you plant it and get more before you use it to make PokéBlocks. To get the Pamtre Berry, when the Berry Master's wife asks you to tell her a phrase, tell her "Challenge Contest." But, like I said, if you already got a Pamtre Berry from her, you won't get another one. Cornn berries also work good, they make Indigo berries too. Kelpsy berries are also nice, but make sure that you don't blend Kelpsy berries at Slateport Town, because you will end up with a Gray PokéBlock instead of an Indigo. Hondew berries work good too, but make sure that you blend them at Lilycove City, or else you won't get an Indigo PokéBlock.

It seems that you can do it(evolve feebas into milotic) with 5 Lv.50 Indigo pokéblocks.
Since Pamtre seems to be the best, try them out
