I don't think there ever was a rule for it seriously implemented. But if someone breaks a rule and guesses correctly, I feel that a worker should do the next puzzle. Though in this case, where a worker breaks the rule, it's kind of confusing.. Hmm.. Workers are supposed to know pretty much all the rules however.
