I'm bumping this for the third and last time. I'm going to cut you some slack, however. You have 3 days to get up a reffing. However if you don't manage to do that, I'm going to have to request a subref
Alright, Leviathan, good work.
First, set up an Safeguard so all the Swagger will do is raise your attack power. Then, directly after that, set up a Substitute. To finish off this round, you should be able to attack with Wing Attack because of the Substitute.

Round 10
==============
Delibird starts off by strutting around, attempting to provoke Mantine. Mantine looks confident, and forms a swirling vortex of white around it. Delibird's swaggering would have normally confused it, but the swaggering did nothing but boost Mantine's attack strength.
Delibird attacks with Quick Attack with incredible speed. Unfortunately, Mantine has set up a weird doll of itself, and Delibird slams into it, unaware that it wasn't the real Mantine. The doll begins to fall apart however.
Delibird attacks with another Quick Attack, breaking the substitute, only to have Mantine slam into it with an extremely powerful Wing Attack, boosted up by the swagger. The hail comes to an end, but the last of it does some damage to Mantine, and Mantine is hurt by it's poison.

Hail Gone
Haha.. Just found the most awesome move I can use. Thank god for egg moves in RS.
Mantine, use Rock Slide twice, and then Wing Attack once. If it tries to protect itself at all just relax.
Rock Slide/Relax~Rock Slide/Relax~Wing Attack/Relax
Avoid the Rock Slides by flying up high. Then from the sky, make it Hail once more and finally, Blizzard.

Round 11
==================
Delibird begins the round, soaring high into the air, evading any of Mantine's attacks. Mantine, seeing this as an attempt to protect itself, relaxes.
Delibird struggles to stay in the air, but it manages to cause a massive storm of hail, which begins to fall. Delibird, however, is exhausted from staying in the cold air for so long, and it lands, getting pulverized by Mantine's Rock Slide.
Delibird once again creates a strong freezing wind, flapping hard and sending Mantine flying from the force of it's Blizzard. Mantine quickly retaliates with a Wing Attack, slamming into Delibird. Mantine then shudders from it's poison and the hail.

Hail for 2 more rounds.
Alright, Drogo, Toxic and Hail should do enough damage this round. Relax for the first two actions. If it doesn't look like the Mantine is going down, give it a couple Swift attacks. Relax if it Protects or Substitutes.

The DQ time passed a few hours ago.. I didn't even notice that. x_X Anyway, aragornbird, you win.
Good battle. From the looks of it, I would have lost anyway xD
It's not DQ unless your opponent calls DQ. I'll still let you post your attacks so we could get a reffing and finish this battle for real.
But if you don't want to, I'll just call DQ to end it.
