1. What can be the total level of pokemon for the lv. 50 cups in pokemon Coloseum

2. If i wait to evole me Combusken( dont think i spelt that right...) to level 51 so it could learn Sky Uppercut, would I be able to go to that man and make it learn Blaze Kick.

3. I fished everywhere on route 119 for a stupid Feebas but I cant find one!! which rod should I use and where should i fish.

1. Your entire team can be made up of Level 50 Pokémon, so the total level maximum would be 300.

2. Yes, but you would have to evolve your Combusken (You did spell it right!! ) into Blaziken before it would be able to learn Blaze Kick from the Move Tutor.

3. Feebas is incredibly hard to find. In all that water on Route 119, there are only six "squares" that Feebas will appear on. The location of these squares is randomly set when you start a new game or when you change your "trendy phrase" at Dewford Town. So, once you find them on the Route 119 river, make sure you catch as many as you want, or just remember the location for future reference. You should be able to tell if a square that you are fishing at is a Feebas square within 3-4 tries. If you fish on a Feebas square, there is a 50% chance that the Pokémon that appears will be a Feebas. It doesn't matter which Rod you use.

No. L50 restricts some pokémon from some moves - any moves that are only learned by an evolved form as level-ups above L50 can't be legally obtained at L50 or below (such as Sky Attack on Altaria - Swablu can't learn the move).

In the case of Sky Uppercut, it is however possible - Combusken learns it at L50, and moves are learned before evolution at a given level. So all you need to do is delay evolution to L49, then go up one more level and let it evolve. You will be given the opportunity to learn Sky Uppercut as a L50 Combusken before evolving to a L50 Blaziken.

And yes, you can go to the Move Tutor and teach it Blaze Kick for a Heart Scale.
