If you've ever played Gladius, you should know what the topic means. If you haven't, then go out and buy this wonderful strategy gladiator game. It has a pretty good story, excellent characters, is quite tough if you try to beat almost every battle and lasts forever.

Who's your favorite character, both overall and main? I like Ludo a whole lot, just because of his stubborness and his humor. Over all I like the Yeti you can get from Fjord of the Fallen.

I'm a little obsessed with this game right now, playing it for hours at a time. I'm just at the Windward Steppes and got Eiji. I don't think I like her as much as I like my peltast.

So, anyone else play this awesome game? It's good that it's out for all systems so that anyone can pick it up. I have it for gamecube, and it's plain awesome.

Rented it and beat it a long time ago-- really good game, gets a little repetitive, though. Customization of characters was cool, and as for favorite characters, I liked one of those large Spartan like people that I had. He was a heavy fighter, and kicked the **** out of everything. I had a whole team of heavys, except for the mediums that you have to use-- because I saw no strategical use to lightweights. I think I did have to use lightweights a few times throughout the game, but I used them minimally.

Good game on the whole, don't buy it though-- much too repetitive.

If you don't play it nonstop, then it won't get too repetitive. I play it in psurts, so even though I've had it for half a year, I'm only halfway through it.

Yeah, I have a lot of heavies although I do have one bandit for the times I need a character who can be faster than all the the others and for king of the hill battles as well. My favorite heavy is my Yeti.
