Help with Game Saves

I have a Pokemon Ruby game save on my computer, an Action Replay, and a USB hook-up. The game save is a .xps file. How do I load it onto my game?

1. Load up your Action Replay program on the computer.
2. Click the Saves Section at the top of the menu.
3. Import the .xps Save File from where ever it is.
4. Turn on your GBA with the AR and Pokemon Ruby linked to your computer.
5. Select the Save File you want and click Restore.
6. When you start Pokemon Ruby it'll save something about save data just select no.

The last part is so the Save File loads and doesn't crash your game. Hope that helps.
