It was an ordinary day. Just walking along the street when suddenly, a blinding flash of light stunned me. Rubbing my eyes, I notice a man dressed in pure white robes with a long white beard.
"You are a Chosen One... Come." he says, and as he held my hand a comforting warmth engulfed the both of us. We dissapeared into the next flash of light.

Before you think this is another one of those 'chosen one' RPGs, you're wrong. You won't be playing a Chosen One. Instead, you will be playing someone totally counter. You see, the above description happened to someone you know. Perhaps your enemy? Long time rival? Even a sibling. But whatever you choose, one common denominator stand: Jealousy. Yes. You witnessed the entire thing. You were right there. But why him instead of you? Aren't you every bit as good? The more you question yourself, the stronger the jealousy that grows within you. Stronger. The hate. Manifesting itself, slowly, until...

As you continue walking down the street pondering to yourself a bony hand grabs and jerks you into a dark alley. Before you could recover from the forceful tug, the man cloaked from head to toe in black robes speaks,
"I can feel it. It is growing within you. But we do not have time. Come let me explain..."

As the man drones on, you absorb every bit of information he pours out and you learn that the Chosen Ones are chosen to be Gaurdians. There are 13. Each gaurding something. Something unknown. Hiding it from you. But He, the Dark Lord, the one who sent this Familiar to speak to you, has chosen 13 other Damned to assist him. You. The Damned are special; they have so much malice in their hearts that only they can defeat the Gaurdians. You. But the task will not be easy. The Dark Lord has no special powers to present to you. Unlike the Gaurdians; you have no special abilities whatsoever. The Gaurdians are each given a Kai Stone, a jewel of pure light that bestows upon them mystical powers. Your first task is you but just touch this Kai Stone of your friend/nemisis/rival to receive YOUR own powers; for only you can corrupt the Stone and draw from an emblem of such Good magic your own dark powers. You may only draw your powers from your friend/nemisis/rival because your fates are inextricably bound and only through him may you get your strength. Do not worry for there will be my Familiars around to guide you and provide you assistance but the Acolytes of the Gaurdians will also protect them hence be wary. Go now because the Dark Lord commands. Go forth, Damned.

I will be playing an omniscient narrator and dictate the rough skeleton of the plot to get things moving but in between 'missions' you may do as you please with your own character. Apart from playing a Damned, you will also be allowed to control your friend/nemisis/rival who has chosen as a Gaurdian as an NPC. If there are any questions or plot suggestions feel free to PM me.

IceZ- While the base of your story is different enough from 'the Thirteenth', the form and one or two key things do seem to be plagerism. Consider yourself warned. I suggest reading 'the Thirteenth' intro and form closely and revising your RPG to remove any blatant similarities. You can try posting your RPG again after you've made such revisions. In the meantime, this topic will be closed.
