As the title suggests, I'll make a customized banner to go in your signature for this forum, or whatever other forum you go to. Below are some pointers/rules/etc that you need to read and know about regarding this service. Once you request, your name will be put on the queue in this post. The status of your banner, as well as any other information, will be listed.
Note: When you credit me, it's Saffire Persian , not Sapphire Persian. It's spelled that way on purpose. Please spell it right - Please! Thank you.
General Rules
- You may only request one banner at a time.
- If I make you one, and you use it, I ask that you give credit to me somehow. If you use your banner in another forum, please put something along the lines of "Banner made by Saffire Persian of Poké Master's Forum."
- Give other credit when it is due. In other words, if I use an image clip art.. from say, Suta-raito, I expect them to be given credit, too, if it is not already specified on the banner itself (which I will almost always do.)
- You're free to use the link I give you to host your banner unless the banner is being hosted off my photobucket account (it'll say 'photobucket' in the url). If it's hosted on my Photobucket, please find your own host (such as Imageshack).
- The banner you request cannot contain any 'R' rated material. You know what to ask and what not to.
- You may request another banner, if you so wish, in exactly a week from when you received your first banner.
- I will make your banner any way you specify, within reason. So, it does not have to be Pokemon. It can be advertising a piece of fanfiction/website/etc.. or just a personal banner. It doesn't matter.
- If there are any corrections that need to be made, you will need to notify me immediately pending when I post the link to your banner. Otherwise, the original file will have been deleted, and I will not make it over again.
- If you like a banner that I have made for someone else, and want to use it, you must ask me for permission first. If I say no, I expect that request to be followed.
- You will not be notified when your banner is finished (except for special reasons..such as, I've taken a week at making it...^^
So, check back often. - When your banner is completed, you MUST reply to the topic, don't just take it. I need confirmation, whether you like it, or otherwise. Thank you.
- I reserve the right to say 'no' to a request.
Here are numerous examples of banners I have made, for forum signatures, and for website banners. Some of my banners are different sizes, but keep in mind my default banner size of choice is 468x100. If you want an ASB banner, see below. ^^

Request Form
To request, you must outline the things you want for your banner. Please tell me EVERYTHING you want on your banner. Be detailed. Explain. The better you do it, the more satisfactory your banner'll be. (No chat speak please!) Here's the form:
Form
Pictures: What pictures do you want to have? It can be as simple as stating that you want a Numel in your banner, or you can be more specific, by stating that you'd like a certain kind of Numel (such as the one from Suta-raito) on it. Please link to any specific pictures you want used.
Background: Is there a certain background you want? A forest background? Sea? Cloud? Or do you want just a certain color, and you don't care about anything else? State it. Link to any specific background you want used.
Size: *Optional* If you have a certain sized banner that you want, state it. If you don't, it will automatically my usual size 468 x 100 (All sample banners with the exception of the White Fire example are this size).
Text: What do you want it to say? Anything? Please say so. Also, if you have a certain kind of font you want (Georgia) or a certain type (cursive, all caps, etc), or a certain color (pink, yellow, etc) Please state. Otherwise, I will just do as I see fit. If you DO NOT want any text at all, put "no text".. or else I might be tempted to put your user name on it.
Extra: Anything else you can think of you want to specify about your banner.
ASB BANNERS
ASB banners are a bit different, and seem to be quite popular. As many people have asked for them, they get their own little section. There are a few differences between ASB banners and usual ones. I admit I've been slow in the past -- I was a beginner at making them o.0 And for the past while I've been trying to come up with a way that will make updating/making them faster and easier -- which will benefit me and you people who are requesting.
So - I have come up with more different options for you to choose from.
The newer ones I'll display first.
The Quatro
(Cheesy name, I know. deal with it.)

*Note that the only reason Serefina's name is off on two sides is because of the font I chose. o.0 It's cool, but it has its limitations. Longer names would still go across fine.
As you can see, this one looks a lot like a normal banner. So the Pokemon aren't scattered in boxes like the older ASB banners. Instead, they go in a straight line -- in this banner, there are only four Pokémon in the signature. To me, this felt like an idea number. It kept the images neat, nice, and unsquished and the text room that I have now helps keep longer names. (Which was a problem in the old ASB banners for those with long (even medium sized) names. For example, in the old banners, Epik would fit just fine -- Serefina... o.0 we would have major problems. XD
Instead of having the names "animated" in, you can have them just there. Example 2
You can also have it with Big Fat Frames
The latter can be animated, too. Just don't wanna do another example. For these banners, due to the fact they're easily updated and manipulated, I'll allow you to have as many Pokémon on them as you want. For those of you who have had an ASB banner before, you'll know how I accommodate more Pokémon -- by making another layer. This applies here. You may also ask for an update on this kind banner once a week. The default is four Pokémon per screen -- though I do suppose I could still fit six, if that's what you desire.
If, as fate has it, you get a new Pokémon, and that Pokémon would start a new layer, he will be added onto the banner, with spaces to be filled in by other Pokémon later on (4 default). This assures I won't have to madly resize and start the new layer from scratch. It equals faster updates, too.
Trading card game art only. If you want 5/6 Pokémon default instead of four, mention it in the "custom" part of the request form below.
The Uno
They look like this: Example
As you can see, each frame focuses on one Pokémon only with its name already imputed. (I could animate names, but I see no point in it.) I have a ton of different fonts, so you don't have to worry about it being boring. It's easy to update, so you'll get these things updated fast, and made pretty fast. As they are easy for me to do you may as for an update every three days. Keep in mind, once the Pokémon count gets to like.... 30 - I'll likely make another template for you to put by the side of your old one.
You may also have the "fat" kind of frames instead of a black outline, if you wish.
You may have Sugomori art (with custom backgrounds,like the Original ASBs) or trading card art. I think the latter's better, but meh. No difference.

Another new (well, not quite so new) is instead of having borders separate everything, I put as many Pokémon as I can on one background (which you can specify). There are limits, and I might have to start a new layer, but they would look like this:

Names are animated. Granted, the newer banners will likely be a bit bigger for room to add more Pokémon You get the jist. If you choose this style, you can ask for an update once a week. Sugomori Pokémon are the standard. I won't just cut out Trading card Pokémon.

You do all know what these are, right? Yes, the originals.

This template is nice and straightforward - I like it. XD Features five Pokémon instead of six.
You can also customize these templates, now. You can say whether you want Sugomori Pokémon (Kind in examples) or trading card Pokémon. Trading card Pokémon have their own backgrounds, so I wouldn't have to scrounge an original background for 'em. However, if you decide to chose Sugomori art, you can choose to have each Pokémon having a different background (as in example) one big background behind them all. (Just like the "No Grid" banner.) Each new layer could have a new BG.
This banners are the most time consuming. You must wait a week and three days before asking for an update. There will likely be a 18-24ish Pokémon limit on these - as these templates can be very, very confusing. If that happens, a new banner of the same style will be made.
Okay - that's all the banners. I hope it's not confusing at all. If it is, you're free to ask. If you have one of the old banners, you're more than welcome to switch over to a new one, and I'll do things all over (no, I won't care if you ask. XD I'd be happy to. They're easier to update in the long run) or you can keep your old style. Doesn't matter to me. If you're new and have never had an ASB banner made, choose a style and preferably keep with it (you can still change.)
Rule that applies to both Request and Update forms: Hopefully you won't wait long to get a banner - but it might feasibly happen. If you suddenly get a new Pokémon, and your new banner has not been updated yet, you are welcome to add it into your request (new post, please). But when you do, copy and paste both the old additions that haven't been in yet, and add the new one. This will make it easier for me, as I don't have to go back and forth between posts.
The Request Form
If you have never had an ASB banner made by me before (or want to apply for a new style) fill out this form. If you're merely asking for an update, see form below.
Type: (Quatro, Uno, original, etc.)
Pokémon: Outline to me all of your current Pokemon. Species and name only please. If you're Pokémon have incredibly long names (i.e Supercalifragilistic Docious II) suggest an abbreviation. If there's something that differs form normal appearance (Shiny.. Different color) Mention it. I can easily modify the trading cart art/sugomori picture to reflect that in 95% of cases.)
Background: If you're doing a banner that has only one background, specify what you'd like. If it has many, you may suggest what kind you were like.
Trading Card/Sugomori art?: Self-explanatory. Trading card types have different options in styles, though.
Names Animated/Nonanimated: Quatros and original banners only.
Frames: Yes or no.
Other : Any thing else you want to specify. Such as a certain Trading Card picture you want used... or what color of text... or if you want your Pokémon to go in a certain order... specify here.

Update Form
Changes: Name your changes in your Pokémon team. Include Pokémon's species and name. If one of your Pokémon evolved, state that, so I don't accidently add a new Pokémon or something.
Other : Anything else not mentioned, mention here. This includes specifics how many Pokémon per screen, etc.
