Meh, it just isn't that easy for some of us. I have a horrible time waking up early in the morning no matter what time I go to bed, I think that I am just used to getting up at a certain time. XD I used to drink a minimum of 2-3 cans a day, and sometimes much more. However, this Lent I decided to give up pop, since it was the hardest thing I could possibly imagine giving up. I made it all of the way through Lent, and it wasn't easy. My pop dependance went down a lot though, although I still need it once in awhile. Now I am down to about 2-3 cans a week instead of every day!! I still have about 3-4 cups of coffee minimum per day though. I don't really care about that so much, coffee isn't as bad on you as pop is, and it certainly doesn't put weight on you like pop does. Plus, I need my caffeine from somewhere!! I have found that weight loss is much easier when cutting down on the amount of pop that I used to drink.Originally Posted by Corey
