    Default Coincase?

    Ok I'm trying to get the TM that has Flamethrower, but I need the Coincase, when I go to the casino a guy says that the girl next door is suppose to have one, but when I talk to her, she goes on about wanting a bike, what's up with this.

    Do I need to give her a Bike Voucer or something?
