Ho hum. Nobody really visits poor Fanart anymore. This place was, like, my first home on TPM, and it saddens me to see it fall into such disrepair. The only active thread is Saff's banner request thread, and you see the occasional new thread here or there, but no one pays attention to them. How sad *sniffles*

BUT! I intend to do what I can to change that. I mean, I seriously doubt that little lonely me dumping some semi-recent pictures here is going to revive this place, but to hell with it. I miss poor ol' Fanart, and I feel the need to come crawling back even if no one else does. SO...

Hm... what to post... eh, I'll just pick and choose randomly from my ImageShack account a little at a time, shall I? I might accidentally post something that I've posted before, but as that would have been almost (if not over) a year ago no one's really going to care.

Yellow

No, it's not actually yellow. I named it that because before I drew it, I asked a friend to name a color; she said yellow. So, I drew a dragon that kinda personifies "yellow" for me, I guess.

Orange

This was done many months before "Yellow" up there, but same concept. A friend of mine said orange, so I drew an "orange" dragon. There. I like "Yellow" better, but this one's nice, too.

Bzzap!

A request on another forum. She asked me to draw Pokémon from the Indeterminate/Amorphous/whatevertheheckyoucallit egg group. Okay, technically Rotom is genderless, but shhhh. Anyway, I think it's funny.

I was randomly drawing Mew and Mewtwo during class at some point this/last year, and I randomly decided to draw Mew making a mess with paint. D'aww. I might color it at some point.

Irish or Else

I highly doubt any of you remember the "Kiss Me, I'm Irish" pictures I made for St. Patty's Day 2005. Yeah. Well, someone saw them and requested this. I was only in the mood to sketch, but the guy wanted a green hat so yeah.

Another request. Yeah. I like how this one turned out.

Math and Monkeys

Drawn during a calculus class, inspired by what my math teacher always tells us--"Even a monkey can take a derivative. The hardest part of calculus is the algebra."

...Apparently, Hanuman, my Diamond Infernape (okay, Diamond wasn't out at the time, but I'd planned on getting an Infernape and naming him Hanuman ages before), is the only monkey in the world that cannot take a derivative. That's supposed to be a calculator he's smashing. As an afterthought I added my Japanese FR Jolteon, Okami, saying "There is obviously no limit to your stupidity." Who gets the lame (and originally unintentional) joke?

Oh, yeah. So I've decided to take a few requests here and there, if anyone wants 'em. I'm only taking two at a time, they will be sketches (like the wyvern up there), not full-color pictures, and no humans, no machinery, nothing inappropriate and no backgrounds. I'll draw stuff like dragons or Pokémon and junk. Uh... while I can be a vicious, violent little monster in my sick and twisted mind and in my fic ideas, I dun' much like drawing violence/gory junk/whatever. Dunno why, I'm not all that squeamish; it just really doesn't interest me, I guess. Or maybe I've convinced myself that it's too hard. Whatever. No bloodbaths. Oh, and I'm allowed to take my royal time with them if I so desire, and I can be fickle and say no for no good reason. Them's the rules. Request if'n ye want.

Anyways, if you want... could yah draw my main four ASB pokemon? You don't have to draw all four of them and you can pick who you draw. I just want a fun quirky sketch of some of them being all ... personality-quirkly like.

Growlithe is Fenrir, he's rather "I'm really awesome and can beat anything" despite his size. ^_^;; Shinx is Augusta, she's rather practical and logical. Ralts is Ethrel, a complete clueless ditz. And then there is Mei, a wittle Eevee who tries her best but gets shoved to the side a lot. ^_^

I really like your art though. It's nice to see some good old fashioned pokemon art! The sketches are pretty awesome too... I don't see why anyone would complain about receiving those! I like the Bzzap picture the best... don't know why... it struck a chord. XD

EDIT: The way you draw dragons is also VERY awesome. I just love the way you draw their heads and the poses... very cool. I never can do taht very well... and all of mine look more... birdy-like than anything.

Your humor is great with the pictures though. XD *I* liked the calculus one! BWHAA... Poor monkey.

Ragan Dromin

A character I've used for a few story ideas that never have happened and probably never will happen; such is the story of my life. Anyway, one of the better humanoids I've drawn. Oh, and Ragan is a she. She's a dinosaur. Dinosaurs are not mammals. Not-mammals have no knockers. Hence the flat chest. But yeah. That curved knife-sickle-whatever-thing is supposed to be representative of a raptor claw.

Tenebrus Banner

A banner I made for my website but no longer use. I made the pretty shiny Charizard render on it; now the banner just has him and the site name because I'm using a different platform or whatever. His name is Tenebrus Ventus and he's the mascot-thing. There you go; that's pretty much the extent of my CG'ing skill. Bleh. It's mediocre. I need practice.

I have a request, I'm not sure if your going the Lucario murder one or not. And as I can see, unless I'm missing something very blantantly in front of me, I'm the second request?

The idea came from a strategy me and Weaz came up with against KOT and BM in ASB. Could you draw a happy little Poochyena (Padfoot, Weaz's poke)running/walking/toddling along with a Drifloon(Sora, My Poke) hanging onto her tail, effectively being tugged along? The Drifloon can be whatever emotion, but they're trying to work together and having fun so.
