I'm going to help the Alakazam by going over with Venus to where he and those two Shiftry are, and having Venus use Blizzard to stop the Shiftry duo cold.

The other Shiftry is a moment too late, but still teleports behind Alakazaam just as Alakazaam lights his hand on fire, and proceeds to smack the Shiftry in the face.
