Okay, the state of this forum saddens me...

Anyway, who here has played with this Pokemon Fusion generator? It lets you to fuse two Pokemon together with hilarious/adorable/lolwut consequences. Of course, it only allows you to select Pokemon from the first ninety-eight (Bulbasaur to Krabby) but it's still quite entertaining.

Heh, interesting. I hadn't seen this, but it's an interesting (if slightly primitive, as others have noticed) little toy. Besides, I'm always a fan of randomizers.

I do wish the sprite-combining method was a little more sophisticated, particularly since the designer is clearly working with a very limited subset of Pokemon. For instance, one would think Dodrio, Dugtrio, and Magneton to be natural combining partners, but... well, try them and see. And yes, there are a number of odd pixelation effects for most combinations.

Granted, the program does a good job of color-matching in most instances to account for the secondary Pokemon, but hey. I can still be picky.

Don't worry, Brian. I was feeling just as picky, just didn't say it. I agree that the color-matching is good, but I think there should be more to a fusion than just switching faces and colors, especially since the faces hardly ever fit. But then again, someone did this for fun in his/her free time, so it wouldn't be fair to complain.

Anyway, I agree that it's clearly quite primitive... but, like Gabi said, it was obviously just made by someone with a spot of free time. That would account for the lack of available Pokemon. Either way, I think the ridiculously degraded sprites add a little charm.

Also, is it just me, or is there something especially disquieting about Vileplume's face on most things?
