Zaraki gets right down to brass tacks. Fixing Prospero with an Intimidating glare, he blasts a Dark Pulse which ripples through the water and catches your Slowking in the gut. Prospero doubles over and begins concocting a plan... a stupendous, cunning, downright devious plan that will surely guarantee him a win. He tops it off with a protective Safeguard. Zaraki doesn't seem to like these cunning tactics at all. Preventing any further shenanigans, he tells Prospero that he's wimpier than Miranda, uglier than Caliban and more underwhelming than Julie Taymour's film adaptation of The Tempest. Prospero takes the words to heart. Entering a blind rage, he swims toward Zaraki and smacks him lightly in the tail. Take that, villain!
Zaraki continues the match with a second Dark Pulse. Guess he's a black Gyarados for a reason.

Things aren't looking so hot for Prospero. Eager to make up for lost ground, he propels himself through the water and delivers an energy-infused headbutt followed up by a wicked tail smack. The lingering Intimidation effect renders the attacks slightly weaker than normal. However, a noticeably stronger Psychic attack boosted by Prospero's advantageous Special Attack manages to slam Zaraki against the lakebed. Growling, the Gyarados merely retaliates with a string of Dark Pulses. If nothing else, he's certainly an efficient fellow.
Incidentally, Prospero's Taunt dissipates.

Mildly resenting your Pokemon's inability to use Thunder—which is kinda unfair 'cause when was the last time you shot lightning bolts outta your ass?—you command further attacks. Sure enough, Zaraki uses... Dark Pulse! Surprise-surprise! Propsero takes the energy burst to his gut and responds by thinking vapid thoughts. Suddenly, a look of confusion dawns on Zaraki's face. As the Gyarados spends an action desperately flailing around without a clue what to do, Prospero attacks him with a combined burst of telekinetic waves and Rock-type energy. Zaraki is lets out a wail of agony. That hurt.
Zaraki's eyes narrow. Opening his mouth wide, he releases a blazing Hyper Beam that sends Prospero slamming into you hard. You both spin backwards through the water before drifting to a stop. Prospero lets out a sigh of bubbles but maintains his determination. This ain't over yet.

Time for shenanigans to continue! While Zaraki recharges from that Hyper Beam, Prospero uses Telekinesis to hold him as far away as possible. Your reliable Slowking then fires an Ice Beam from afar, causing Zaraki to get one heck of a brain freeze. Growling, Zaraki gnashes his teeth and tries to land a Bite on Prospero, but the Telekinetic effect makes it impossible for him to bridge the gap between them... but that's not gonna stop his ranged attacks. Prospero charges up a Focus Punch, but Zaraki renders the attack useless with a quick and effective Dragon Pulse.
Looks like Prospero is on his last legs. You're gonna hafta pull out some quick thinking if you want to win this one.

My name is Ray Zorleaf ; You can refer to me as Mr. Zorleaf ; I represent the Old Village committee for Education, Preservation and Exploration, also known as the E.P.E. Have you heard of it? No perhaps not, it's quite new. Never the less, I have been sent here by the Old Village council to check that the contents of the Old Village library have been properly stored and are not under any kind of threat of damage. I was told that the contents of the library had been moved to a.. and I quote.. "grey building in the Living Savannah". However, as you can see there is a grey building here, and iron is a particularly grey coloured metal, so that tower over there is potential where I am supposed to be. You understand my dilemma? If you could assure me of the right location, then I will continue with my job.

You touch down at the site of the Wi-Fi tower, which is still only partially constructed. You see a large sign at the base of the tower with the words Chadwick Developments Ltd. A few feet away, a gaggle of workers, all Miltank, appear to be holding their ground against a group of protestors wearing fake Marowak masks.
"You twerps need to back off before we make you regret it!" one of the Miltank growls. "Don't think we won't take action against you losers!"
"For what?" the masked Gligar says, waving a sign bearing the words Back to Basics! Down with Development! "For exercising our right to protest against this abomination?"
"Pffsh!" the Miltank responds. "You've been picketing our construction site on and off for the past few weeks... and, oh look, last night our central transistor mysteriously goes missing! What a coincidence! Back off or we'll get the Old Village Police Department to swing by and throw you thieves in prison!"
"We've already told you, we didn't steal a thing!" Gligar snaps. "The Pokemon Provenance Patrol isn't going to yield to such bullying tactics! Call whomever you want! We're staying put."

"Until relatively recently in our history, we Pokemon resided solely in meadows and mountains and lakes and places like that. We lived in these natural Safari Zone habitats prosperously and happily. Now, more and more Pokemon have relocated to urban areas like the Old Village or Skyline Terrace. They live in houses, operate businesses, attend schools... it's preposterous! We're Pokemon, not people! It isn't right!"
"And now Chadwick W. Audino and his development firm is taking it even further by trying to establish a broadband infrastructure in the Safari Zone," Mareep adds. "It's downright nutty! They're putting up this tower here in Living Savannah as well as ones in Tranquil Shores and Nevshard Badlands. With those three towers, the entire Safari Zone will have Internet access. I hear they're even doing renovations on places like the Old Village Public Library and Museum and the Pokemon Collegiate Institute in Skyline Terrace, adding new technology wings and computer labs in preparation for the Wi-Fi launch. This ceaseless push into modernity without a care for the consequences needs to stop!"
