I need help with making an unofficial Pokemon game. I've made a kit in Paint with a bunch of RBY tiles, and found an okay Gameboy emulator. However, I need a Pokemon Blue emulator (and yes, I do own a real Blue cartridge, so it's not like I'm stealing anything), and some program that can edit sprites, tiles, events, etc. Also, does RPG Maker 2003 have any of these features (I haven't yet downloaded it, so I wouldn't know)? Any help would be appreciated.
