Everyone has a dream in life. It is impossible to deny it, otherwise you have no purpose in life, no ambitions, no objectives. We may share dreams, yet our dreams may radically differ. But we all share one dream: to restore order to the country. This dream will be a reality, and once realised, nothing will stop us.

The year is 2205. The democracies of the 20th and the 21st centuries are gone, replaced by Totalitarian governments. Dissenters are removed from the public eye and are never seen again. Ordinary people believe that if they are happy then they have nothing to fear and therefore nothing to disagree about. Thus anything that may shock the public is kept secret. All diplomacy is secret. Governments are built up of a single-party council that elects the country's leader for them, but of course they are a puppet. These puppets are fitted with killswitches that makes sure they don't abuse their power, and are still fitted with the switch in case they reveal secrets after they step down from power.

With the expanded use of nuclear technology, more accidents have happened. However, the effects on some humans are interesting. Children of those involved in nuclear accidents have develeped telekinetic abilities. However, unless these abilities are honed, they grow up without even knowing about them, unless they accidently let out psychic waves in anger or rage. The governments of the world realised this and see these psimen(psychic humans) as the single greatest internal threat to peace.

An underground movement of psimen known as TeleKinetic Operations (TKO) has been training for espionage and covert operations. It was set up 10 years ago but their leader, Pietre Konan, who started the group and knew the corruptness of the government. was captured and was never seen again, presumed dead. Now it is up to the rest of his team to continue his mission: to expose the government's corruption to the rest of the country and then restore a democratic government.

A long read? Sorry. Okay. This isn't too say all the world's governments are totalitarian. In fact only a few are: The USA, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Japan, China and Russia. The UK and Canada are strongly democratic as are much of Eastern Europe. Needless to say, relations between the democratic states and the totalitarian states are hostile (but only diplomatically; they are at peace currently).

This takes place in the USA. The future has seen much changed: grav vehicles, plasma and laser technology, flying cars. There are even robots, but only simple ones that can only perform one or two tasks and have no spatial ability at all.

As for the TKO group? Their powers are phenomenal. They can see into the future two or three seconds before it happens. They can also see and hear better. They can sense if something bad is going to happen. All these come without much effort. Requiring more effort would be to strengthen their muscles to either punch harder or jump higher and short-term levitation (either of oneself or other objects). Requiring great effort and strain would be to use psychic blasts or to create a forcefield or for long-term levitation. However, they are not telepathic i.e. they can't read minds.

They start in their underground lair where they plan their next move on a government nexus in New York City where much information can be accessed.

Weapons: be imaginative, this is the future. You can use your powers to enhance weapons but nothing overpowered. Plasma and laser guns are now used, so bullets have been rendered obselete. As for swords, I will allow people to carry plasma swords, which can be like lightsabers, or even a normal sword if you like.
