Before anyone jumps to conclusions, this is NOT like the RPG tournament. Those of you who have heard of Battle Royale will know what I'm talking about.


You are an average, everyday student at T.P. Masters High School. Everyday you get up, go to school, do your work, (...well, MOST of you do, anyway...) and hang out with your friends. Nothing really out of the ordinary ever happens.
On one not-so-special day (as far as you know), you get up and go to school as usual. However, when you enter the RPG classroom and sit down, you notice that there is a strange man in a black business suit standing at the front of the room where the teacher would normally be. He explains that your class has been "randomly" chosen to participate in the Battle Royale competition. the word "Competition" sparks your interest. You've always loved contests! You prop your chin up on your hands and listen attentively. However, as he continues his explaination, you realize that this is no normal competition.
The man in black tells you that your entire class will be taken to a remote island far off the coast. There, you will all be given a weapon...and nothing else. You must survive by engaging in life-or-death matches with your classmates until there is only one left standing. Those who refuse to fight will be killed. He pauses and pushes his sunglasses farther up the bridge of his nose. He finishes by stating that everyone is required to participate. You have no choice.
You're confounded and it shows in your face. Was this guy crazy or something?! Or was this just some kind of sick joke? You decide to go with the latter and rule it off as some stupid school prank. Your fellow classmates seem to think so as well, as they murmur things like: "Yeah, right!" and "Whatever, dude..." The man in black stares around at the class's disbelieving faces and simply smiles, pushing his hair back away from his face. He snaps his fingers and instantly about half a dozen men dressed in military garb come rushing into the room with loaded rifles. You are so shocked and confused that you don't make a sound and freeze in your place. The rest of the class has similar reactions.
"As I said..." says the man in black, "you have no choice. In this competition there is only one rule: Kill....or BE Killed. From now on that is the only decision you have to make. You will all come us now."
As the class slowly and nervously files out you think to yourself. What am I going to do? Is this for real? How am I going to survive?

How will YOU handle the challenge? Will you dive right in and willing kill off your friends and classmates? Will you rebel and refuse to kill? Maybe you'll try to form an alliance in a desparate attempt to survive? But one thing is for sure, and that is that eventually you will have to come to turns with the cruel reality of the Battle Royale:
In order to live, you must kill.

PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE SIGNING-UP!
1. You will be signing up as yourself (your TPM self). You may make yourself look however you like as long as it is realistic.
2. This RPG is rated [Mature] because of its graphic nature. I except that there will be some very "detailed" descriptions and gorey moments (in fact, I'm ENCOURAGING them...hee hee). There WILL be killing (because that's how Battle Royale works, dammit!) So those of you with weak constitutions should back out now. Although if you've read this far, I'll assume that means you're still interested. You must be ! Good...excellent...
3. Posts in this RPG will be similar to those in other RPGs, you post from your point of view and interact with others. In order for a battle to take place, you must place a Challenge with your post leading up to it. The format is as follows:
CHALLENGE: (your name) VS (somebody else)
Once the other person replies and accepts, the fight begins. Each person posts their point of view in the fight. I will read both and decide the winner based on how well the post the written. (at this point I will make an OOC post to end the fight). The winner moves on and the loser...well...the loser dies. (not to worry, those who die will be given an oppourtunity to do...other things...) If you are challenged and do not make some sort of reply within 3 days, you will automatically forfit and I will let the other person finish you off. this is too make sure that everyone who signs-up posts. That way the RPG will keep on moving. So WARNING: If you don't post, the RPG will move on without you. (And there was much rejoicing. *Yaaaay!*)
4. Posts should be detailed, interactive and emotional. I want to make this interesting. I don't want it to end up like: "YAAARG! Bob KILL! Bob SMASH! You all is DEAD! HAHAHA!!" This is supposed to be story-esqe with losts of fighting and blood and stuff (Hurrah!), but there should also be some form of plot (Plot? What plot? When do we get to KILL people?). In fact, to make it more interesting, forming alliances is encouraged (even though those alliances will eventually break as trust wavers and suspicions rise...), it'll make things more interesting.
5. Play it out however you like, but remember that the RPG will not end until there is only one person left. Unless, of course, you all think of a.."better" way to end it. But I'll be the judge of that.
6. Other than that there are no rules except: KILL!

If you've read through all that (haha! Yeah right! Like anyone WILL!) and are still interested you should report immedietly to the nearest mental hospital. but make sure it's one with computer access so you can fill out this simple form:

Description: Put your physical and clothing description here. As I said before you don't have to be completely honest about your looks, but DO try and be realistic here. (This means no tails, wings, or other non-human features, and no out of date clothing like Knights armour or kimono's...unless of course you wear these kinda of things in your normal, everyday life, and if you do then I pray for you.)
Weapon of Choice: Once again, please be reasonable. I don't want crazy s*** like nukes or rocket-lauchers or flamethrowers. Keep it simple (Ex: Gun, sword, lead pipe, pointy stick...etc, etc, etc,).
Other: Anything special you want us to know about?

Well that's about it. There's no maximum limit on sign-ups but I want to get at least 10 to make it interesting. This is my first RPG in quite a while so I apologize if it sux...
