Perhaps someone could help me out here..

Whenever i try to draw an oekaki picture..wether it be here or another oekaki board.. I recieve the message "Data Transfer Error happened" when I try to save the picture. Could anyone tell me why I'm recieving this message and what I could do to correct it? Thank you in advance
