What do you think is better? Destiny Bond or Explosion?

Explosion: It is almost a sure OHKO, but can't hit Ghost Pokemon and doesn't have much effect on Steel Type Pokemon.

Destiny Bond: It is a sure KO when it strikes, but is easily predicted and avoided.

I go for Destiny Bond. Because with Explosion you need a fast and physical strong pokemon(except if your only reason is 'ploding). Destiny bond doesn't need a specific STAT but Speed to preform.
