Most of my battling is done in-game; my only link battles recently have been with my friend's kid brother. Usually, the fifth member of my team is whatever Pokemon I'm training up at the moment and the sixth is the one with the HM necessary to get somewhere, but concievably there will soon be a time when I'm going to want to have an actual fighter.

I've already "finished" the game in all respects except for Pokedex completion. I still battle the Elite and Red for the cash and the experience values. All of the Pokemon below are level 59 at the moment.

Assuming that any of the base Pokemon available for Silver are at my disposal (i.e., no Gold versions only, and obviously no Cerebii) can anyone suggest a fifth and sixth member for my team that would help to balance out my group, keep its in-game usefulness, and also make it worth battling with, if I ever get an actual opponent to move into the area?

FERALIGATR
Bite
Slash
Surf
Hydro Pump
(Pretty standard. I was thinking about crossing my fingers and praying I could get an HP/Ground onto Feraligatr and replacing one of the attacks with that. If not, what would be your suggestions?)

UMBREON
Bite
Mean Look
Moonlight
Quick Attack
(Would love some TM suggestions for Umbreon. I would like to maintain her in-game usefulness by keeping Bite, but she doesn't really need Quick Attack.)

LUGIA
Rain Dance
Waterfall
Aeroblast
Safeguard
(The water attacks will leave eventually, as soon as I have something with which to replace them. Right now, since I do most of my training in Mt. Silver, it was just handy to have somebody with Waterfall, and since Lugia learnt Rainy Day as a default...)

WEEPINBELL
Cut
Flash
Razor Leaf
Vine Whip
(Depressingly standard, and depressingly in need of TMs. Your thoughts?)

My fifth slot usually is filled by
JYNX
Mean Look
Lovely Kiss
Powder Snow
Body Slam
but I'm not committed to her. I'm thinking about Psychic replacing Body Slam and potentially Icy Wind over Powder Snow; the Mean Look and Lovely Kiss moves are too helpful for me at the moment to consider deleting. (I'm on a Legendary Beast hunt.)

Does anyone have any suggestions to improve the movesets of my four base members, and/or to fill my two remaining slots?
