I'm having problems with my Latias. I don't know whether to teach it Dragonbreath or Safegaurd. It knows Psychic, Dragon Claw, Refresh, and Recover. I want to replace refresh. Any suggestions?

Also, can someone tell me where I can get more Leftovers?
