OK, I was going to battle Andrew, but he never replied back. So, I find myself with a battle slot open and in desperate need of points.

Banned moves- Rest, Toxic, OHKOs and anything else you want
Restriced moves- none damaging recovery attacks may only be used once every third turn (IE if you use Moonlight on your first turn you can't use another smiler attack until your fourth turn)
Arena- Water arena from the Indigo Plateau
