Default Dark Sage Versus Killer Tai (Ref still needed!)

    3-3

    One out at a time

    DQ Time: 2 weeks

Banned moves: Rest, Substitute, Pure healers (Synthesis, not Giga Drain) and pure status inflicters (Toxic not Poison Fang; Thunderwave not Body Slam etc)

Other: We PM our first choice to the ref so that there's no intentional type trumping. Pure Poison, Poison/Ghost, Psychic, pure Dark, and Dragon Pokemon are off-limits, because they'd have an unfair advantage in this arena.

Arena: Here's where it gets interesting. The arena is a dangerous place called the Danger Zone. Basically, it's a rocky wastland in the middle of nowhere where pure Chaos energy is abundant.

Each round, the arena is flooded with elemental energy. The ref rolls a six-sided die to decide which:

    1: Fire
    2: Grass
    3: Water
    4: Electric
    5: Ground
    6: Flying

If the form of energy is a type that a battling pokemon is weak against, (Fire against a Grass Type, for instance), that pokemon loses 5% of its health. If the form of energy is a form that it would be strong against, it gains 5% of its helath.

If the pokemon is a pure Normal Type, or any Fighting Type, any form of energy can have either effect. The ref flips a coin to decide. Heads, the pokemon gains 5%. Tails, it loses 5%.

    Those are the rules.

Who wants to battle in the Danger Zone?
