I know that there are two new topics already and I'm planning yet another one, but when I want to post I want to post and it doesn't matter if you don't have time to read a few lines!!

This is a question about Jirachi. Is it like Shenlong in Dragonball or has it any restrictions? Can you wish anything from Jirachi? I haven't seen the movie, I just read a serebii summary of it, but that didn't help me. So what do you think? Can you revive dead people or go back in time? Or should I use Celebi for the latter?

I need the information for a project, which I am not going to reveal yet, although you may guess it quite easily.
