Should they have kept some of the Japanese names? In my humble opinion, many of them were way cooler.

i.e.:

Boomanda > Salamence
Bashamo > Blaziken
Runpapa > Lucidolo
Subame > Taillow
Nukenin > Shedinja
Asanan > Meditite
Samehadaa > Sharpedo
Furaigon > Flygon
Shizarigar > Crawdaunt

Just to name a few.
