    Is it sad that I thought of the same thing from all my anime watching.....?


    And neither of them has to rescue the other, it could just come from having to fight together.


    Of course that'd be a relationship full of hilarious violence and glowy-glasses adjusting....and mechs...and frictionless ram-horn fighting.


    EDIT: As long a there can be some Yaoi awesomeness...and there's nothing wrong with frictionless ram-hor...ram-horn figh....oh fine, you're right it sounds horrible...
