Arena - New Caledonia, plaza and beach. This large arena encompasses the main town plaza. Lovely terracotta tiles, and shops and little stands around. It's a large open area. It overlooks the sandy beach and calm, beautiful, crystal clear water. There's a dock out to the water.

It's an early morning, the sun is rising, and everyone's still lazing around in bed. I wouldn't blame them.

Earthquake is banned. As is magnitute. 1 time use on pure healing moves per pokemon.

Should I define anything else?
