I've been working on a project in Photoshop and the file is saved as a .psd. However when I try to open the file, I get a "Open new File" with the same name, dimensions, and other properties of the file. But it opens it as a blank file without the 30-some layers I already had in it.

I have tried various ways to open the file and they all open the same way. Any suggestions or hints. I've included a screen cap to help show the problem.

OP is Windows XP home Edition, and Photoshop system is 7.0
