Shivaree vs. Kyuuketsuki (Ref: DL-back from the depths)

Hello, this is going to be my first battle here, it's been a long time since I've been ASBing. So who's up for it?

[o] You attack first, and then it switches each round.
[o] DQ Time - 3 days (I'd like this to be kind of quick)
[o] Arena:
A dirt field the size of a football field, surrounded by trees and mountains as far as the eye can see. The field itself consists of a tough dirt ground with a handful of boulders scattered around the field. The weather is clear, with a couple very high clouds and a light breeze.
No OHKO's, and damage caps %35

Anyone up for it? I know, the arena is simple and everything. I'd also need a ref.
