As the rain continues to fall heavily, Ohm summons another collection of electric blades to rain fromt the skies. Each of them strike Exploder for heavy damage each [ -12HP Exploder / -8PP Sir Ohm ]. The electricity seems to only hinder Exploder as he becomes too paralyzed to react [ -3HP Exploder ].

Overjoyed with his foe's inability to change the weather, Ohm let's the fiery hedgehog have it with a flash of brilliant electricity that overwhelms him [ -7HP Exploder / -4PP, +10% SpA Sir Ohm ]. Exploder responds by shooting off a flamethrower that is weakened by the rainfall [ -6HP Sir Ohm / -5PP, -3HP Exploder ].

Ohm fires off another thundrous blast [ -13HP Exploder / -8PP Sir Ohm ], and Exploder responds with the attack's fire equivalent: a fire blast that is once more hindered by the rain [ -8HP Sir Ohm / -8PP, -4HP Exploder ].
