This simply means who are the characters that get overpraised for doing nothing, and the characters that are disrespected in the sense they don't recieve enough credit for their actions in the anime.

The dude was friken champion and he barely appeared in one episode. In the episode they didn't even say that he was champion, he was simply some strong random trainer. The anime creators really dissed him, then he got double dissed by being removed as champion in the game too.
