InTeR snickers and fires a fairly weak bolt of electricity, which hurts Squirtle and takes a nice chunk of health. Squirtle gears himself up, lowers his head and begins to charge up power.

Not deterred, InTeR fires a strange green ball at Squirtle, which causes, guess what, a nice chunk of damage. Squirtle, forehead glowing strong, picks an opponent and charges. He connects! InTeR cries out in surprise and its clones vanish.
