curious, but is there a male and female form for Frillish plushies, like with the figurines (just like Gabi has a figurine of each of Frillish' forms)?

The randomizer doesn't list genders as different forms (except for Nidorans who are treated as different species in the games for some odd reason), so you can choose.

Yep, just like Gabi said, in the case of Pokemon with gender differences, the player is free to choose the form unless it is stated in the randomizer. Think of it this way: If the difference is noticeable during the Pokemon's performance in battle, the form will be chosen by the randomizer (except with legendaries because of their rarity). But if the difference does not affect the pokemon, then the plushie will be awarded and the player will get to choose whichever gender or form he/she likes.

For example, Hippowdon is not awarded as a different plushie because if its gender difference, since the pokemon's abilities are unaffected despite the gender.

However, in the case of Rotom, since the different forms will behave differently in battle, his forms will be chosen by the randomizer.

So if the form is stated in the randomizer, you will award that form, if not, then feel free to choose the gender of the plushie.

I'll probably have to discuss this a bit further with the workers, but I think that's how it goes for now. Gabi, as a favor, I would like to be corrected if I said something wrong on this explanation. ^_^
