Anyone with 3 or more Psychic Type Pokemon can take part in this battle. Also Double types are allowed. Plus Psyduck, because it has psy in its name. And because it's cute.

In Jubilife City Mental Hospital, Pokemon battles are used as a form of entertainment, therapy and a way to relax. Mikachu Yukitatsu has come to visit a friend. You can appear in this battle as another visitor, nurse, doctor, other employee or even patient, if you wish. Naturally there are lots of staff and patients among the audience.
