Iv'e got pokedex entries from the pokemon games:

Gold EN: Apparently, it appears only to those people who are pure of heart and have a strong desire to see it.
Silver EN: Its DNA is said to contain the genetic codes of all Pokémon, so it can use all kinds of techniques.

Inventedaid to be the ancestor of all pokemon,as it can learn moves of any type.Experts still try to disprove it's existence.
Inventedome scientists believe it gave birth to mewtwo,while others say it is impossible for it to exist.
