Since it was abandoned, it not only already had a Bred-on move, but DarkPrincess probably already gave it a few TM moves. If you really want to make sure, just contact her.
Also, it's extra TM move it got from a TM that was donated to the Adoption Center a while back, and which had been lying around in the Storage Box ever since. Your Meowth was the first to be able to learn it.

If so, can you confirm that this moveset is fine:
Tackle, Harden, Water Gun, Ice Beam.

Those are the attacks Staryu has at Lv.6, but it can't breed so I taught it the Ice Beam TM instead. Staryu can learn that TM ^^

Of course you can have the Staryu, but I must tell you 2 things:
1. Staryu CAN breed (with a Ditto).
2. Genderless pokemon don't get a bred-on move, sorry.

Um, ok, I've been wondering this for a while now, so I figured that I might as well ask it now- I saw that some Pokémon can get bred on moves that come from certain games(like Pikachu with Surf, Gligar with Earthquake etc), and I remember that NYPC moves aren't allowed, but what about the four Pokémon that get extra moves from Pokémon Box? The Pokémon in question being;
Zigzagoon: Extremespeed
Ralts: Wish
Skitty: Pay Day
Swablu: False Swipe

Would these moves be allowed as bred on moves or not?
Sorry if this has already been asked^_^

Oh, and Torkoal will have Yawn as her bred on move.

Has Pokémon Box even hit the US or anywhere else legally yet? I don't remember hearing anything about it here... Unless I'm gravely mistaken, it's still only exclusive to Japan. If that's true, I don't think any of those moves should be allowed yet(if at all), since they won't be widely available outside Japan for some time. If Box is out in many places already, ignore me. :/
