Pokemon: Genetic Exploitation

You're just a normal kid, in your small hometown of Aurelis. Nothing interesting ever happens, right? Dead wrong. One of the town's residents, a scientist/Pokemon Trainer, has developed a way to solve the problem of many Pokemon species on the verge of extinction; Find a harmful species that is too numerous, and transform a good portion of it into the rare species, using a gas he has developed recently to fulfill that purpose. The problem is, he didn't choose a Pokemon species to perform this on: He chose humans.

This is where you come in. You are just walking home one day from school, when you are ambushed and knocked out. When you awake, you are in a small room with the rest of the kidnapped kids. No one seems to know what is going on, but the room is comfortable enough, and even has a TV. You wait in the room, trying to guess why you have been kidnapped.


Rules: No legandaries, or anything uber-rare. No cussing, excessive gore, or sexually explicit content.

Looks: About 5'7, has reddish hair in a pudding-bowl haircut, Wears a backwards baseball cap. He has really deep blue jeans, usually wears a black T-shirt, and wears a vest over that. His eyes are green.
Personality: He's really outgoing, and easy to get along with, but also easy to anger. He will always stand up for his friends, but he hates it when people make fun of him for any reason, because it's real easy to get to him.
History: Pretty typical history. He grew up in Rustboro, moved to Aurelis when he was ten. He lives in a middle class family, and his life has been pretty unexciting so far.
Relationships: Is a childhood friend of Illusen.
Pokemon: Vulpix
Other: Hates fire, Fire type Pokemon, anything that could create a blaze. He's a pyrophobe. (is that even a word?)

~Name: Erin "Raven" Takenara

~Gender: Female
~Pokemon: Espeon (the experiment screwed up a little bit, so her fur is a little darker purple and her jewel and eyes are dark blue)
~Looks: She's a little tall for her age, and a little heavilly built. She has short somewhat wavy light-brown hair and grey-green eyes, and dresses all in black. T-shirt or sweater and jeans always, never dresses or skirts.
~Personality: She's a major tomboy and hates all things girly. She suffers from depression and mild paranoia, so she always seems to be down and has a hard time trusting others. She is cynical and sarcastic, and sometimes takes things a little too seriously. Because she's intelligent and mature for her age, she has a hard time connecting with people her age.
~History: She hates her parents, gets Ds in school, despises her peers, etc.
~Relations: Is annoyed by Kayla XD
~Other: Umm... Otherness? o.O

Name:Yuuki Yukio Nekoi Jr.
Age: 15
Gender: Male
Looks: Standing around 6 foot even, with eyes as deep of brown, he's a sight to behold. He's body is well preportioned,with well built legs and arms, he's not that puny. But otherwise, he's a bag o' bones, with skin on him. He wears the shirt shown here. He also wears black jeans that loosely fit him, His hair is black, spiky like thorns,with redish tips on them. He also has one single earing on his left ear, a ruby earing.
Personality: Unlike Keiko, who's a total ditz and doesn't talk a lot-he's the total opposite. He's sometimes very talkative and hyper, it sometimes makes you think he's a idiot/baka, but he really isn't. He's nice, caring, and tends to other peoples wound's before his. He's like the Yin out of Keiko's Yang, and tend's to be her "big bro", when he's actually 5 minutes younger than her.He's somewhat 'down to earth' on things.
History: Being born 5 minutes after Keiko by a ceacession(sp?), he was everything the family wanted and needed. They always wanted a boy, and their last child, a boy, died. So they got want they wanted in a package. When he was 3 though, his parents had another daughter "Ai", and was then signaled out as the only male in the Nekoi family.Being that, he always tried to be ruff around the girls, and sometimes went to far. All broke apart though when his mom died when he was 10, which made his family move from place to place, while his Dad, Yuuki Sr., was "soul searching". And then, they rested on "Aurelis" and eveything became ok again. At 13, his dad remarried a woman called "Aiko Watanabe", who had 2 little boys of her own. Since then, he's had a happy family...somewhat.His family is pretty rich, but always give away to charites. His dad owns a major company that helps support the pokemon leauges.
Relationships: Fraternal Twin with Keiko Nekoi,and open to any and all friendships.

Name:Keiko Ai Nekoi
Age: 15
Gender: Female
Looks: Standing at 5 foot 8, with golden brown hair that was her mothers that goes down to her Mid back, she's candy to the eye. Her hair is somewhat wavy, and her eyes are brown, like her brothers. Her skin is fair,and sensitive to the touch soft. She wears a Fresh Air Blue Camisole(here), with Salt colored Pocket Cargo Pants(here), and white colored Nikes. And although she look's like she's popular, she really isn't.
Personality: By her look's, you would think the boys are ontop of her, and all the girls want to be friends with her, but thats opposite. No one is really friends with her, and she maybe has 1 or 2 boys in her grasp. She's very shy, somewhat mysterious. She's nice though to people who are nice to her, and is quite gentle. She's really not the kind to talk back or to yell at someone, but if you make her mad-watch out. She tend's to look out for Yuuki whenever she can, and puts peoples needs infront of her. Unlike Yuuki-she's very smart-being placed one grade ahead of him.She's also a major ditz^^.
History: Being born 5 minutes before Yuuki, she look's a lot like her mother. But was always placed second in needs, since they always wanted a boy before a girl.But that didn't mean her parents hated her. Once she was 3, she had younger sister by the name of Ai, who had brought more happyness to her life untill she was 10. Her mom died in a car crash, and they sold the house a week after, and started to move around. They then settled in Aurelis, and her dad remarried to Aiko Watanabe, who always treated all the children with respect, and also has 2 little boys with her aswell.She was born in a rich family, with her dad owning a major business that co-operates with the pokemon leauge.
Relationships: Fraternal Twin to Yuuki, open to some friends.

Gender:Female
Looks:She stands at 5'5, she has decent strength, but she isn't exactley a body builder or anything. Her hair is a thick and full dirty blond that goes down a little past her shoulders in small curls and waves. Her eyes are a feirce amber, and her skin is decently tanned. She commonly wears shirts with the sleeves attatched by the middle so they have no shoulders and the top being a darker tank top, in colors of plain blacks or whites with 'I'm sorry, did I look like I was listening?' on the front. She also wears a pair of dark blue soft denim jeans.
Personality:Illusen is an amazingly strong person. She survives, and even flourishes in adversity and hardship. She is a firm believer in the phrase 'whatever doesn't kill you only makes you stronger'. She rarely fears failure, and believes that any mistake she makes will teach her more about herself, and because of this she rarely makes the same mistake twice and is not among the most forgiving people. She is extremely strong and wise, capable of feirce pride, passion, and anger. Perhaps she is this wat because of whar she was forced to survive through as a young child. Independence is her strongest point, she may care for others and even depend on them, but when it comes right down to it the only one she needs is herself, and thus she relys on her own intuition. It is impossible to influence her thinking. She is very spiritual person with a serious mind, never acting immature and harboring a superior disgust of those who do. It would take a great deal of patience and luck to earn her trust, but if someone did they would have a great friend.
History:She grew up with her dad because her mother died when she was very young. Ever sunce her mother's death, her dad has been phased and developed serious mental issues. She basically cares for herself and doesn't really interact with her dad and his constent mourning, but bothers with her own problems, even when her drunk dad leaves the house drunk and doesn't return for days. They have alot of financial and social problems, but out of some miracle everything always semmes to turn out done right and they have survived at the bottom of the barrel for years. But she is pretty used to it, and even though she has built a wall of hatred around her for all living things, she sometimes feels very alone inside. But she would never reveal that to anyone.
Relationships:A childhood friend of Jason's. (and still open)
Pokemon:Sneasle, but pitch black instead of navy blue and her eyes are pale red.

Name: Kayla Remei
Age: 13
Gender: Female
Looks: She's short, even for her age. She has brown hair that she dyed a bubblegum pink color (her parents threw a fit, and still hate the color even to this day, but have managed to put up with it). It's very uneven, at some points it goes down to her shoulders and others it's cut to just above her neck. It sticks out in some places. She has bright blue eyes that always seem to be lighting up with happiness and overflowing with joy. She wears a crystal-colored t-shirt and blue jeans that are cut off below her knees. She looks like she's about ten.
Personality: Oh, yes, she usually acts like it, too. Kayla's an optimist, to a highly annoying degree sometimes. She hardly ever seems to be down, and if it is it's probably for some little thing like she dropped her pocky. She's cheers up very fast, and is constantly trying to make friends. Of course, she is thirteen, and on occasion will act incredibly wise to everyone who takes her seriously. These moments happen more often then most people think, she just usually has them alone.
History: She grew up a bit spoiled. Let's make it short and sweet.
Relationships: Trying to make friends with Erin... but not having that much luck. (K, thanks)

Name: Takayama Masashi (Surname, First Name)
Age: 17
Gender: Male
Looks: Masashi's 5' 6" and is fairly thin. He's not extremely skinny, but he's not exactly overweight either. He has a notable muscle tone, but he's not horribly strong. His eyes are hazel, but they lean more towards brown than green. His hair is light brown with a blue coloring in its shine. He usually likes it either spiked back on his head or parted down the middle. He keeps his hair short (1 - 1.5 inches on the top) so that his hair can stay like that. He has an affinity to dark blue or black jeans, black or white tennis shoes, and shirts similar to THIS. (too hard to explain myself... v_v;) His skin is fairly pale. It has a notable amount of color, but not a large amount.
Personality: Masashi tends to keep to himself and the small group of friends he has. He dislikes preps, but doesn't make it blatantly visible that he doesn't either. He's acquaintances with a few, but they're preps that don't think there the highest and mightiest of them all. In his leisure time, he loves to draw and sketch or read a book (usually some sort of fiction). These two things go hand-in-hand for him, because he uses the books to get inspirations for his drawings. He's an extremely imaginative person and enjoys sharing his dreams and ideas with those around him. He generally likes to keep a fun or comical aura around him, and for this, many people see him as preppy person. Just don't mess with him when he's angry. He's likely to bite your head off if you irritate him enough. Masashi is the kind of person that wears his happy and joyous emotions on his sleeve, but hides his depressing and angry feelings deep inside. This causes him to have the occasional eruption of depression and feeling of worthlessness from the build-up within him. Usually it takes something extremely stressful or horrible to knock him into this condition, so it's not exactly something that happens too often or for an extended period of time. In general, though, he's a fun person to be around!
History: Masashi was drug by his parents from his original hometown of Falarbor Town, where he studied the stars with Prof. Cosmos. After settling in at Aurelis, he used to keep in contact with the Prof., but with school and the 'up coming' events, he has less and less time to stay in touch.
Relationships: School Friends with Imani. STILL open and greatly willing!!!

I know that sounds kinda.... bad.... but it's just that this RPG really piqued my interests, and I haven't RPed here at Pokemasters in a really long time, so I've been hoping to get back into it... problem is, I'm leaving for my vacation on Friday. >.< Well, I'll give ye my sign-up form, and see what you say!

Name: Rebecca

Age: 16

Looks: Rebecca is definitely what you'd call the "pep-squad-cheerleader" type. She has a tendency to wear revealing, though not "slutty", clothing, in order to show off what she knows are her smashing good looks. Her hair, blond and curly, rolls down her back in neat locks to her shoulder-blades, while her twinkling blue eyes shimmer innocently at all times. She stands at about 6 feet tall, and is surprisingly slim -- it seems as though her only real muscles are those gained from whatever aerobics workouts she performs daily. Still, never one to let herself slip into an anorexic state, she keeps her self at what she believes to be an "attractively slim" weight -- so far, it's worked.

Personality: If I were to use a metaphor, I'd say Rebecca isn't the brightest bulb in the box, but she's certainly the shiniest. It seems that Rebecca perpetuates the typical blonde stereotypes: she's no rocket scientist by any means, and has a tendency to say some pretty ditzy things. She is intelligent overall, though, but intelligence, in her mind, takes a back seat to popularity. She's the kind of girl that's always at the center of a crowd, somehow talking to everyone at the same time. She's the kind of person that other people either want to be or loathe entirely, and she knows how to work with that: be friends with your worshippers, and outcast the losers. She must be doing something right so far: she's got an army of friends that could probably make the Americans quiver, and can make just about any man fall head over heels for her in a matter of minutes -- and she knows it.

Rebecca can be determined and serious when she wants to be. If the situation calls for it, she'll kick your *** to tomorrow and back again... though she'd much rather prefer not breaking a nail. Rebecca can definitely be described as someone you'd love to have as a friend, but hate to make your enemy.

History: What can I say? Rebecca was brought up in what you might call a typical fashion. She was always daddy's little princess, and got just about whatever she asked for. True, this made her a little spoiled, but she loved every minute of it. Her parents were... average. They didn't get along amazingly well, but they never burst into outright fisticuffs, either, perhaps for the sake of their only daughter. Whatever urges they may have had to separate or divorce, they stayed together, as if Rebecca was the glue that held them. And they didn't show any sourness to her as a result, either! She was always kept wearing the latest fashion trends (her mother worked for the longest time for a fashion magazine and had several connections in the world), as well as the latest must-have cell phones and such. Spoiled, or privileged? As Rebecca puts it, "Loved."

Pokemon: Gardevoir (her hair has remained as lovely and blonde as ever, though. Talk about strong conditioner!)

Other: Well... let's just say Rebecca isn't that much into the whole "Pokemon" thing. She'd rather read teen magazines and gab on the phone than train Pokemon, but she knows a thing or two in a pinch.
