Lt. SURGE'S CRACK CODE
AFAIK the switches become randomized when you enter the gym or find the wrong can (after you find the first switch), so they aren't in the same two cans

Lt. SURGE'S CRACK CODE
While the location of the first switch IS completely random, it's important to note that the second switch is right next to the first, in any direction. So find the first switch through trial and error, and then hit a switch in an adjacent can and hope for the best!

Lt. SURGE'S CRACK CODE
Maybe if you had read the rules and actually had some intelligence, you'd understand.
1. You're not even supposed to link to a site on TPM unless it's a direct link to information that is necessary for the thread. This thread had absolutely nothing to do with Fire Red/Leaf Green, and it's obvious that you'd change the subject when you were owned.
2. We do not advocate downloading ROMs and breaking the law. Any link leading to a site where you can download ROMs gets you in big trouble.
3. If you had actually looked at the game correctly, you would have known that Lt. Surge's puzzle can only be answered by finding two adjacent trash cans that contain the keys. The ones in each corner are not at all next to each other, they're hardly close to each other, so your crack code makes no sense and was based off of wanting to get attention, probably.
Watch your step, or you'll be banned in the blink of an eye at this rate.
