Default An Analysis of the Wailmer Pail

So just how does this thing work, exactly? Does it just subtract from the amount of time needed for berries to grow, or is it more complicated than that? For example, is it possible to overwater a plant? And what's the connection between watering berry trees and the number of berries produced?

    Default what it does

i know what it does! after a long absence for personal reasons, i will tell you what this does, or my opinion on it anyways. I BELIEVE it increases the # of berrys you get when the plant sprouts. As for areas where it rains, im not sure.

(did gamers just findo ut about this???? i got it my first day playing)

Yes, it increases the number of berries you get from the tree.

Default An Analysis of the Wailmer Pail

Each berry has it's own set maturity time which isn't affected by anything but variety.
The pail seems to work similar to EV's - for every 'X' number of times you water a certain plant, it grows 'X/n' extra berries.
The minimum, maximum and 'n' values seem to be set for any particular type of plant.

Another point is that there may be a limit to how many times you can effectively water a plant per stage of growth, before watering has no further effect.
I'm also pretty sure you can overwater a plant ond to any damage to it ^_^
