You can get the Macho Brace by defeating the Winstrate family, they live in the house above Mauville City. You have to beat 4 Winstrates, after you beat all of them, talk to them, and one of them will give you a Macho Brace.
Now, for the Heracross set...
Heracross
Earthquake
Megahorn
Brick Break
HP Rock
@Choice Band.
or
Megahorn
Earthquake/Brick Break
Bulk Up
Rest

Fire Red and Leaf Green are the next Game Boy Advance Pokémon games. FR/LG has already been released in Japan, it has been in Japan for about 2 weeks. It isn't known when it will be released in the United States. However, the Japanese and American versions of Ruby/Sapphire and FR/LG are compatible with each other. Anyways, there are several move tutors in FR/LG, and they can teach some of the moves that were TMs in the old Red/Blue/Yellow games. Swords Dance is one of the moves that one of the move tutors can teach, and you would have to take a Heracross to that move tutor to teach it Swords Dance.

Could somebody give me the link (over private message?) to information about the new moves Pokémon will be able to learn in Fire/Leaf?
