? vs. ? ~ Referee: Mozz
Since nobody will accept my open battle challenge, perhaps someone will accept a battle if I ref ^_^;;
The match goes something like this:
3 on 3, 1 Pokemon out a time
Switching is allowed
5 day DQ
The arena is simple, since I'm not a fan of overly complicated and descriptive arenas..
A desert plateau. Solid rock in the middle of the desert, covered with a thin layer of sand. It's dusk, so the temperature is moderate. It's also a tad windy...
Here's the fun restrictions:
All moves will be used from my attack list (RuSa Beta). If there's an attack that's not on there, I will use common sense or anime evidence. I may also adjust the move description from what you're used to, to coincide with the anime (Safeguard :cough:.. ). I will answer questions at all times if necessary, either by AIM (Y2Mozz) or PM. The only referee challenges you can make are if there is solid contradictory evidence from the anime. Moderators will have no say in anything that happens in this battle, for personal reasons.
That's the catch, really, but I still think 2 poor souls will enjoy a match ^^;;

I'll be one of the battlers, if you don't mind reffing for a n00b like me, Mozz...
Another new battler would be greatly appreciated.
(By the way, who picks the choice/attack order?)

All righty. I'll choose my male Heracross, Kamon.

I'll use my female Growlithe, Driena.
Driena, begin this round by using Sunny Day. Then I want you to burn that bug with a well-aimed Flamethrower. End by using Fire Blast.
(Sorry for the cheapness, this is a three on three so feel free to use type advantages.)

Urgh >_< This is why I don't like picking first...
Kamon, begin with two Double Teams. Then, use Toxic.

Okay, so it's Kamon the Heracross against Driena the Growlithe.
It's a windy day here in the desert, a little cool considering that the sun is pretty much down..
Heracross looks over at the fire type, and even though it's stronger than the little fire pup, Growlithe does have the advantage type-wise. Kamon moves first, and in an attempt to avoid the fire attacks he knows are eventually going to come, creates some Double Team images, as now there are 4 Heracross staring at Driena from all angles.. Growlithe, not particularly liking the situation, barks up at the sky, sending a golden beacon to the clouds, as they part. However, since it is dusk, the only effect is the parting of the clouds... What a waste..
Heracross uses this time to create even more Double Team images, as 7 clones encircle Growlithe, who is now scared... Firing off a Flamethrower at 2 of the clones proves futile, as the clones simply dissipate into nothingness. Growlithe, now angry, summons a Fire Blast, as a solid kanji of raw energy is hurtled right towards two more clones... as only clones they are...
There are 3 clones left, but Heracross shoots out a Toxic, but Growlithe is able to barely dodge out of the corner of his eye, as there are no clones left, the real Heracross found out from the Toxic attack...
Zup ~ Driena ~ Growlithe (F) ~ 100% health ~ moderate fatigue
Pyrusette ~ Kamon ~ Heracross (M) ~ 100% health ~ moderate fatigue

Well done, Kamon. Now, let's do some damage this round. Use Toxic, followed by Earthquake x2.
Subs:
If Driena uses a Fire attack, use Double Team.

No, it was my fault. N00b mistake on my part.
Avoid the toxic with agility. Then use Heat Wave, then Overheat. That should get the clones and the real one.

Zup ~ Driena ~ Growlithe (F) ~ 100% health ~ moderate fatigue
Pyrusette ~ Kamon ~ Heracross (M) ~ 100% health ~ moderate fatigue
After a pretty rough first round (at least energy-wise), Driena and Kamon go at it again, receiving their trainers' commands. Growlithe begins by running straight towards Heracross, but is able to dodge the Toxic spewed out by the armored bug. Getting a little tired, Growlithe slows down to use a Heat Wave attack. Heracross sees the fire pup charging up, and prepares accordingly, creating more clones, as Growlithe shoots out a stream of superheated air, which hits the real Heracross for some good damage indeed!
Heracross, a little angry and hurt, has to obey its trainer, and creates more double team images for the impending overheat attack, seeing Growlithe charge up again, shooting a beam of fire energy at a few of the clones, barely missing the real one...
Heracross is in a bad spot with this type disadvantage, but Growlithe looks tired...
Zup ~ Driena ~ Growlithe (F) ~ 100% health ~ fairly bad fatigue
Pyrusette ~ Kamon ~ Heracross (M) ~ 79% health ~ moderate to bad fatigue

Hmm... it appears that Zup has forfeited due to a broken hand. At least, that's what it says in the Absence Tower...

Yep, and 1Ľ as well.
I'll evolve my Swablu, Kanchi, into an Altaria.
