Well, first of all, if this team is just for in-game purposes, then it will work fine the way it is. However, I will give you some more standardish movesets for each Pokémon in your team, just in case you want to battle other people.
Ampharos-You don't need 2 attacking moves that are the same type on the same Pokémon (Thunderpunch and Thundershock.)
Thunderbolt
Thunder Wave
Fire Punch
Reflect
@Leftovers.
Golem-Pretty good moveset. Just replace Rollout with Roar, and attach Leftovers.
Meganium-Not bad. Go with Light Screen over Safeguard, and Leech Seed over Body Slam.
Ho-oh-There are a couple of different movesets that work for Ho-oh...
Ho-oh
Sacred Fire
Solarbeam
Sunny Day
Recover
@Leftovers.
or
Ho-oh
Sacred Fire
Earthquake
Thunderbolt
Recover
@Leftovers.
Feraligatr-Feraligatr has a pretty poor Special Attack stat, so try to stay away from moves that depend on it's Special Attack stat. You could probably get away with using a Water-type move, since Feraligatr gets STAB from it, but that is about it. Actually, Feraligatr doesn't even make great use of Water type attacks, but you may want to use one, since you don't have any Water-type moves on the rest of your team.
Feraligatr
Earthquake
Rock Slide
Curse
Roar/Surf/Hydro Pump
@Leftovers.
Umbreon-Umbreon can't really attack directly at all. Umbreon is best as an annoyer or as a support Pokémon. There are a couple of movesets that you could go with depending on what you like.
Umbreon
Toxic
Confuse Ray
Mean Look
Moonlight/Rest
@Leftovers.
Umbreon
Charm
Baton Pass
Mean Look
Moonlight/Rest
@Leftovers.
Overall: Not a bad team. There are no 3x weaknesses, which is great. You Basically just need to work on the movesets, (and of course, get your Pokémon leveled up) but there is nothing seriously wrong that a little work couldn't fix. With a few improvements, this could really be a very good team!! Just keep working at it!! ^_~

Yeah, so... You don't need a lot of the same type of move. T-punch will do until you can grab hold of the T-bolt TM, which is just the same thing with more power. Fire Punch will take care of Grassers, so that over T-shock. Headbutt is little good with its low Attack; a support attack like Reflect or Light Screen would do you better, or Hidden Power if it's a high-powered Grass/Water/Ice type.
Golem is okie dokie. Rock Slide would be a better choice than Rollout though, since you're not committed to the move once you choose it. Rock Smash is okay if you're running around in-game with the team.
Meganium is decent, but Leech Seed is a great move and I see it nowhere. ;( Reflect or Light Screen would be better than Safeguard, since Meganium is too slow to stop most status against itself (though it may help other team members, you decide). It can Earthquake too, so if you don't want Leech Seed that may be a decent option, either to supplement or replace Body Slam.
Ho-oh... Recover and Sacred Fire. They're alright. If you're running in-game with this, Fly is acceptable. Earthquake will round you out, if you can do it. Otherwise... well, just stick something in there. And not Fire Blast. ;/ If this is Crystal, definitely use T-bolt.
Surf works on Feraligatr. Earthquake definitely, but if you can't get hold of multiple EQ TMs, it's best served on Golem. If you want the Ice attack, at least get Beam over Punch. Slash is okay, but Bite's just no good. Find something, anything to put over it.
Depends on what this team will be for...
IN-GAME: Well, you're going to still want some attacks if you're in-game. Faint Attack or Bite are your best bets. Return, Psychic... those are other attacking options. Moonlight or Rest is a must. If you didn't fill up on attack moves, stick something like Charm or Sand-Attack on.
LINK BATTLE: Umbreon's not a very good attacker, so you can't do here what you can do in-game. Moonlight/Rest is still a must. After that, it's up to you what to do. If you have Crystal, you can use Baton Pass to pass Mean Looks. Charm or Sand-Attack are still good options, or Body Slam/Zap Cannon purely for PAR annoyance. Confuse Ray is also an option.
Sorry for the lack of rates. This forum hasn't been alive in some time...
