You don't, do you? What would you need them for, excluding Hidden Power, anyway?
*sits on her head waiting for someone to explain how to calculate the DV's of her pokes*

well.. actualy for hiddenpower.. and uhm.. dunno oo
OK, to calculate Hidden power, there are two ways. The first way is to battle a Kecleon. Its color change ability will change to the appropriate type and let you know. The second way is to battle Pokemon in order to affirm the type of Hidden Power. To Quote Poryhedron,
Thought I'd post this in case it helps someone...I've worked out procedures in GSC and RS to determine Hidden Power's type in the earliest areas of the game. Here's my procedure for Ruby/Sapphire. Start at step A and keep going until you find out what HP's type is; you should be able to get it in no more than three steps. It's not possible to guarantee an answer in only two...unless, of course, you get Kecleon involved.
A: In Ruby Version, go to Route 102 and attack a Seedot with Hidden Power; in Sapphire, go to Petalburg Woods and attack a Shroomish.
Super-Effective: go to step B.
Standard damage: go to step C.
Not Very Effective: go to step D.
B: Go to Route 101 and attack a Wurmple.
Super-Effective: go to step E.
Standard damage: go to step F.
C: Go to Route 103 and attack a Poochyena.
Super-Effective: your Hidden Power is Fighting-type.
Standard damage: go to step G.
Not Very Effective: go to step H.
No effect: your Hidden Power is Psychic-type.
D: Go to route 104 and attack a Flying-type, either Taillow or Wingull will do.
Super-Effective: your Hidden Power is Electric-type.
Standard damage on Taillow: your Hidden Power is Water-type.
Standard damage on Wingull: your Hidden Power is Grass-type.
Not Very Effective on Taillow: your Hidden Power is Grass-type.
Not Very Effective on Wingull: your Hidden Power is Water-type.
No effect: your Hidden Power is Ground-type.
E: Go to Route 104 and attack a Wingull.
Standard damage: your Hidden Power is Flying-type.
Not Very Effective: your Hidden Power is Fire-type.
F: Go to Route 104 and attack a Taillow.
Super-Effective: your Hidden Power is Ice-type.
Standard damage: your Hidden Power is Poison-type.
Not Very Effective: your Hidden Power is Bug-type.
G: Go to Route 104 and attack a Wingull.
Super-Effective: your Hidden Power is Rock-type.
Standard damage: your Hidden Power is Dragon-type.
Not Very Effective: your Hidden Power is Steel-type.
H: Go to route 101 and attack a Zigzagoon.
Standard damage: your Hidden Power is Dark-type.
No effect: your Hidden Power is Ghost-type.
The most important reason to calculate your DVs is to find out if they are good or bad. Especially if you will be breeding.
But how important this is to you depends on your circumstances - if you are only playing in-game it is not important at all. If you are link battling a lot with serious players, it can be vital.

well.. I got 2 pikachus with ice HP.. but one does almost no damage and the other alot.. what explains that? (there both same level)
Because the base power of Hidden Power changes depending on your DVs as well. It ranges from 30 to 70.
I've attached my stat chart for finding out the DVs of your Pokémon. All you need to do is enter the base stats for that particular species from White Cat's 'Dex, enter your personality, your level, and then highlight the areas of numbers in each column that match the stat a different color.
Then, use a Rare Candy to level up your Pokémon one level. Compare results between the stat chart and your Pokémon's stats. If some areas don't match, highlight them back in the original color so you know that those DVs in the original color. Don't rehighlight any areas.
Repeat until you have narrowed down each stat down to a particular DV.
After you've gotten your DVs down, enter them in the Hidden Power calculator to find your Pokémon's Hidden Power.

No, you did the procedure correctly. I'm not sure what might have gone wrong, but I have a few theories:
- You disabled macros. Funny thing is, I get a #NAME error message in the box instead of a zero when I disable macros. *shrug*
- There might be an issue between different language versions of Excel. Maybe my cell coding is interpreted differently?
I've just finished the excel conversion of my own analysis sheet (attached). May be of some use.
