Draken Lionheart
The morning air sneakily slipped into my partially opened window, filling my nose with th aroma of awakeness: and that was something I didn't want to be. Instead of procrastinating, seeing as how my first class was my pre chosen favorite, I hurridly got ready, almost instantly washing and throwing on my uniform. I made sure to grab my trusty katana, and headed towards the Mess Hall.
After consuming almost half my weight in food, I left for the "outside forest". It didn't take me very long to get there, and that was great because I left rather late. When I arrived, I saw that Aeroneth was already there, and I nodded towards him. He also had a curved sword. And it was a Gungir.
I wonder were he got that sword from...he must be special...or just really lucky!
The class went by rather uneventfully. Part was due to the fact that the professor was teaching things I already knew, and my partner was horrible. He couldn't even get his stance right. However, just when I though things were at there worse, Aeroneth fought with the professor. He failed miserably, blocking the prof.'s attack so that he took the full force of the blow.
I wonder how I'd fair against the professor...his stance was kind of opened, but his speed and power more than made up for it...
The class ended rather abrubtly, and no homework was given *thank god*, and we left to head towards our next class. I think I had Earth next, but I wasn't sure. It was then that I remembered what Prof. Brazenforge had said about Aeroneth's Gungir, so I decided to catch up to him. He looked to be a promising swordsman, and going against my nature of putting people down and stomping on their heads, I decided to help him become better. He seemed worth the time.
"HEY! AERONETH!"
He heard me calling along with the rest of the stdents in a one mile radius, and gradually slowed to a halt. I wrestled my way through the throng of students, finally catching up to him.
"If you ever wan't any additional help on basic armed combat, just call me. You looked like you could use some help on glancing off blows."
