You mean, is it possible to use Substitue four times (losing 1/4 max HP each time) and be left with 1 hit point? Yes it is. I don't know if it works every time, but it works at least some of the time. RSbot is as close to a perfect simulation of the game as we imperfect humans can manage.

I like that combo Focus Punch and Sub, but since your using Fr/LG, why not Earthquake or Double-Edge, Rock Slide over Hidden Power ghosts, maybe it can get Curse in Fr/lG, but I'm not sure ^_^. I think he's be a good UU Golem.

Hariyama:
Cross Chop over Brick Break. Maybe Revenge over it, because you are bulking up and his speed.

Sharpedo:
Substitute or Agility over Rock Tomb...

Meganium:
That's the perfect set, but it get's pawned by Grass/Poison Pokemon. So maybe Body Slam in place of Toxic. Paralysis and Leech Seed, inforces switching...
