Acrually, the 1,000 human sacrifice is 100 humans. This was performed by Atem(Yami)'s father back in Ancient Eygpt. He did this to seal the dark dragons of the Orichiceals Circle. He also did this to seal away the demons of Atlantis. It had nothing to do with the Millennium Items.

Alright earlier today, or maybe yesterday, Ritz released the first trailer on their website for the movie. It really doesn't contain that much in the way of spoilers but it gives you a idea of what the 8th Sennen item looks like, from the trailer I am guessing that the 8th item is a upside down crystal pyramid, that is wraped in a rope necklace sorta like the Sennen Puzzle during the Dulest Kingdom arc. The item looks more silverish than the rest of the gold items. Hey for those who havnt seen the trailer, or werent able to catch this as it flashed by on the screen, this image was shown very briefly in the trailer, I would guess that it is no longer than 1 or two frames but it does show one thing in that it proves that 4 Kids could be changing their card style now to look more like the cards in the game and not the ones with the big picture and attack power only, anyway here is the screen cap. Also this may be considered a spoiler for some so look at your own risk.

I quite like the look of the Blue Eyes Shining Dragon. Shame it has a pathetic name and looks somewhat like Metal Dranzer from Beyblade VForce.
