best of?

im making a ruby team, using only obtainable, and i just wanted to know what are some of the best pokemon under certain titles. for example, a good tank is dusclops cuz of its high defense stats, and a good bp'er is ninjask cuz of all the goodies to pass.
but i dont know what are good physical and special sweepers, annoyers, hazers/pseudo hazers, trappers, heal beller's aromatherapists, blah blah blah.
you guys know all the different roles, so id just like to hear what are the best of those and other roles i didnt list

An overlooked special sweeper is Starmie and Machamp for physical (unless you're not trading either).

baton pass: Girafarig, Gorebyss

tanks: Ludicolo (special), Cradily, Weezing/Skarmory (physical), Wailord

special sweeper: Golduck, Sceptile, Salamence (works both ways depending on its nature), Manectric

physical: Hariyama, Armaldo, Absol, Zangoose, Aggron, Rhydon, Heracross

Tyranitar is a good physical sweeper, and it will be even better when you can get Dragon Dance on it in FR/LG.

Swampert also makes a durable physical sweeper, when it uses physical moves and Curse, it can last quite awhile as long as it isn't exposed to grass type moves, and it can do decent damage and have good type coverage.

Torkoal can be a nice tank, it has a good defense stat, and it doesn't have terrible HP either. give it EVs in Defense/Special Defense/HP, as well as a +Defense personality, (preferably Bold, which is - Attack, + Defense) Amnesia for its not-so-great Special Defense, and then Rest and Leftovers, and Torkoal can be around for awhile.

Milotic is a pretty good tank too, and it can also serve as an annoyer. Very good HP and Special Defense, plus Refresh, Recover, and Mirror Coat can make Milotic difficult to beat.
