Curious!

I've played Pokemon Sapphire for about a year now, but still there are some moves that I have never seen. I don't wanna waste the Torment TM, for example. Does anybody know what Sapphire Pokemon that by level can learn the following: Luster Purge, Torment, Memento. It's nothing important really, I'm just curious.

Why don't you use up the Torment TM, use it in battle, then turn off the Gameboy without saving?

Memento is also learned by Grimer/Muk and Latios. Torment is TM or Nuzleaf only (i.e. TM only in Sapphire). If you just want to see it in action though, some of the Battle Tower pokémon have it, and I'm sure at least some of the trainers have it as well. Or teach it, use it and restart from your previous save, as suggested by SageofLaughter.

If you want to see Luster Purge in action, try Battle Tower.

I can tell you what Luster Purge does offhand. You're probably aware that the move Psychic has a small chance of lowering the target's Special Defense. Picture a different version of Psychic, one that sacrifices a bit in power to attain a higher chance of hurting SpcDef. That's Luster Purge.

Oh, but Luster Purge looks sooo much cooler. With the flashingness, and the shininess, and the coolness... you've got to see it. It's better than Psychic 'cause it's so dang awesome
