trainer type ID calculator

you know how your ID number determines the type of trainer your are on other peeps games in the secret base after you trade records? I know there is one, but I don't know where the calculator to find that out is. confusing? sorry it's the easiest way i could put it lol

When you Mix Records with your friends your Secret Base will appear on their game. If they visit you in your Secret Base, you'll be the Trainer that comes off that Calculator.

I see... So do they see a Cooltrainer character there that they can speak to, or does it just say that it belongs to Cooltrainer <name>?

There will be a CoolTrainer there. "You" will be standing in a certain position...there's an obstacle there in your own game, like a rock or a pile of leaves, so that you can't place an object in that spot. If you friend talks to "you", your friend will have the option of battling your party as it was when you mixed records...and unlike in Link battles, you can actually earn XP and EP this way.
