Newb in Need, How to cheat?!?!?!

I have played Sapphire for some time now.. and i came across some of your cheats, but i don't know how to use them..!
Can someone give me a quick guide in how to use those cheats...??

To use cheats like that you would need some sort of Cheating Device to enter those codes into.

I'm playing it in a emulater with gameshark.. and some other code thingy that i don't know what is..
But i don't know what i'm supposed to do after i've entered the codes..

I don't know if those codes are in VBA Format or GS Format. Go into the cheat menu and click Codes and paste the code you want then click ok. If that doesn't work try it by clicking GameShark and pasting the code then clicking ok. One of them should work and the code will automatically be enabled. So the Pokemon you cheated should appear in the wild or in your box I think because I've tested out some codes this way before.

Copy and paste this one into the "Codes..." Section and you should get what you want in your Box. Just give me some more information if you want anything changing about the Pokemon or Status.
